Historically chia pudding is not awesome.
We eat it as a means to an end.
It’s good for your gut health, provides a steady supply of energy and is a great grab and go breakfast or snack.
But if you’re not like ‘Omg this is so good’ every time you have it you’ve got the wrong recipe my friend!

With only 4 main ingredients and MAYBE 3 minutes of prep time THIS recipe will go on repeat in your kitchen.
We want to eat right and do all the things but if something taste like a science experiment it won’t be sustainable.
You are going to LOVE this chia pudding.
