Under Arm Love Balm Recipe
I refuse to call this deodorant cause THIS my friends is different.
Armpits is also the pits as far as descriptions go.
Under Arm Love Balm is born!

things you need
small bowl for mixing
small mason jar
fork to mix
ingredients
2 tbsp arrowroot powder
1 1/2 tbsp baking soda (aluminum free try the health food store)
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil (virgin)
8 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
4 drops of lemon essential oil or cedar for a more woodsy smell
this is how we do it
Mix the powders together well than add the rest combining completely.
Store in a small jar, away from sunlight or heat (melt factor is high).
Apply with your fingers – don’t worry you’ll get used to it, your armpit won’t bite you.
I have not stained any clothes with this.
Lasts all day no problem.
If red bumps appear adjust the baking soda, this can sometimes present a scratchy environment – this particular formula above works for me.
If it melts one day, no worries just make sure to mix well again so everything isn’t clumped together at the bottom with the coconut oil separated away from the other ingredients.
Check out how my year without store bought deodorant went like here.
It’s these small things that literally accumulate over time and come back to haunt us when we get older.
One small change is still a change and definitely a step in the right direction!
