Egg Salad 2.0

Eggs are perfect just the way they are.

Little protein bombs that nourish you and make great appetizers.

ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs, mashed
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese ( I promise you will not even know it’s there)
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • 1 dill pickle, diced
  • 1 tsp of yellow mustard, optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Couple shakes of paprika

Optional:

  • Tortilla wrap
  • Spring mix salad
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 English cucumber, sliced

this is how we do it

Throw everything together in a bowl and combine.

Assemble in a wrap style like so:
