Instant Pot
I never want to boil anything on my stove. There is never a good time to boil a big pot of water.
Cause than you have to watch it.
I also hate watching water boil.
This image aggravates me so much and I must scroll it away.

I want to keep my kitchen cool, humidity free, have time to spend with my people and still end up with Al dente spaghetti noodles.
This isn’t too much to ask for.
Guess what?

Just cracked the code to perfect Al dente spaghetti noodles in the Instant Pot and I want to scream it out to the masses!
what you need
- Instant pot 6 or 8 quart
this is how we do it
POUR 3 cups of broth into the Instant Pot.
BREAK 1 lb of spaghetti in half placing in a criss cross pattern into the Instant pot.

{This keeps the pasta from forming into one huge blob.}
ADD 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce on top of the noodles.
SEAL the vent.
PRESSURE COOK cook on manual, on high for 2 mins.
TURN OFF instant pot.
Let NATURAL RELEASE for 3 min.
OPEN lid and gently stir to separate the noodles.
No need to drain!
If it’s not cooked to your liking you can put the lid back on and it will soften.
Spaghetti noodles in the instant pot with this rustic Italian style chicken made in the slow cooker free up your time to make a killer Caesar salad or go get a massage.
Everything cooks ITSELF!
I doubled the Italian Chicken recipe, added a large salad and these instant pot spaghetti noodles and fed 10 people.
Good eaters.
Had leftovers.
I’m loving this and you will too.
Give it a go.
