High Protein Wraps

2 ingredients!

I love these high protein wraps for so many reasons!

  • Gluten free
  • High protein
  • No preservatives, shelf life stabilizers or words I can’t pronounce.
  • Takes 10 minutes to cook up after the lentils have been soaked.

ingredients

  • 1 cup dry lentils
  • 2 cups water

this is how we do it

1. Soak the lentils for an hour.

2. Drain, place in blender with water.

3. Blend til smooth.

4. Grease up a frying pan and spread the batter evenly and thinly to desired size.

5. Place on wire rack to cool.

This recipe makes 6 high protein wraps with approx 8 grams of protein per wrap.

Inexpensive to make and no added garbage preservatives.

Tastes good and has great flex texture.

No need to buy those shelf wraps that last indefinitely until there is a famine or nuclear war and we HAVE to am I right?!
