Cooking for a crowd always brings a bit of anxiety to the table doesn’t it?
I mean you want to make sure there is enough for everyone and that the variety is there for all tastes.

This summer we had a fire ban on for our annual family get together.
No burgers and dogs on the bbq even. It was a challenge.
This Cobb salad has been waiting for it’s moment in the sun for a long time.
Why I don’t make it more often? Honestly, I think I just forget I have this amazing lunch option in my back pocket.
It’s like that friend you don’t see often but when you do you remember how much you miss them and why don’t we get together more?

It’s like that.
