Best pizza is the one you can get when you want it, how you want it and completely to yourself.

Wood-fired restaurant quality pizza is not what we’re doing here.
It’s more like an air fried, let’s throw it all together and see what happens kind of deal.
Using what we have on hand and 10 minutes out of our life, this pizza hack is a keeper.
We have it once a week or…absolutely whenever we feel like it!
ingredients
- Naan bread (keep it in the freezer and just take out as needed)
- Marinara sauce, spaghetti sauce or salsa
- Cheese, grated
- Veggies: garlic, peppers, broccoli, onion, tomatoes
- Meat: sliced kielbasa, ham, chicken whatever you have
- Extras: mashed potatoes, bbq sauce, olives, pickled peppers/jalapeños
this is how we do it
Heat the naan up (sprayed lightly with oil) for 3 minutes ( NO FLIPPING) in the air fryer on air fryer mode.
Remove from air fryer and start slathering on the crispier side.
Marinara sauce.

Add veggies, potatoes and meat.

Add cheese. Pop into air fryer for 6 minute on air fryer mode at 187 Celsius.

Keep checking in on it. Watch for the edges getting over crisp.
Remove from air fryer and enjoy!

Notes on making this work.
Always have kielbasa, naan and spaghetti sauce or salsa on hand.
Kielbasa is great for an impromptu snack platter with some cheese and crackers.
Naan freezes well and comes apart easily while frozen so no waste there go ahead and buy that 50 pack you saw at Costco.
Marinara sauce or salsa is a staple in many peoples homes already.
That’s it.

Experiment with leftovers you have. The mashed potatoes was the brainchild of one of our kids friends and you know what, it works.
You can switch up the toppings to garlic butter, diced onions and tomatoes, topped with cheese to make an incredible bruschetta.
Don’t forget the drizzle of balsamic!
Thanks for all the options naan bread 🙂 and thanks for the potato topping inspiration Goggles!
