YOU are worthy

Seems like an obvious statement. It should be a daily mantra.
Accepting bad behaviour in your life can sometimes become a habit.

We know we feel bad about some situations or someone makes us uncomfortable but we’re soldiers and just push through any pesky emotions.
It’s fine.
Everything’s fine.
But it isn’t always.

Listen to your gut.

get mindful

Recognize that feeling of unease be it around a situation or a person.
PULL your shoulder’s down from your ears.
BREATHE
ASK why you feel that way.
ASSESS whether you’ve done all you can or if there’s any other possible thing you even can do.
MOVE through it.
There you go, the situation has been dealt with not pushed down only to come back at you later.

Not everything needs to be concretely SOLVED.
Give it time.
Adjust your outlook.

You’re not perfect cause that would make you a robot, a weird robot.
But you are ALWAYS worthy.

Embracing this simple and obvious statement will elevate every aspect of your life.
When you continuously tolerate abuse from someone / something, you have been trained to do so gradually and over time.
You most likely didn’t realize it.
Till now.

So flip the beetle, stop accepting bad behaviour and let the world know that you are worthy.
Worthy of respect.
Worthy of love.
Worthy of patience.
Worthy of success.

No one can ever challenge this stance, it’s rock solid.
So push back, stand tall and speak your truth.
